婚活偏差値（https://konkatsu-hensachi.com 、以下「本サービス」）の運営者 konkatsu_hensachi（個人運営、以下「運営者」）は、本サービスおよび本サービスの運営に 使用するアプリケーションにおける情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 診断で入力された情報
本サービスは、入力された年収・身長・年齢・居住地などの値をサーバーに送信しません。 偏差値の計算はすべてお使いのブラウザ内で完結します。 本サービスには会員登録の機能はなく、氏名・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を 収集することはありません。
ただし、アクセス解析（第2項）には、診断の算出結果（総合偏差値・希少性・ランク・最も低い軸）と、 集計のために性別を送信しています。年収・身長・年齢・居住地などの入力値そのものは送信しません。
診断結果をシェアする URL には、各軸と総合の偏差値・性別・都道府県名が含まれます。 その URL を開くと、ほかのページと同じく URL がアクセス解析に記録されます。
2. アクセス解析
本サービスでは、サービス改善を目的として Google LLC が提供する Google Analytics 4 を使用しています。Google Analytics は Cookie を使用して、閲覧したページ、滞在時間、 参照元、おおまかな地域、端末・ブラウザの種類、広告の表示とクリック、結婚相談所の公式サイトへのリンクのクリック、各ツールを使ったかどうか（入力値は含みません）、 写真チェックの指摘件数・検出した顔の数・Exif の有無（画像そのものは送りません）、シェアボタンの押下などのアクセス情報を 収集しますが、個人を特定する情報は含まれません。 収集されたデータはサービス改善のみに使用し、第三者への提供は行いません。
Google によるデータ収集・処理の詳細はGoogle のポリシーをご確認ください。
あわせて、Microsoft Corporation が提供する Microsoft Clarity を使用し、クリックやスクロールなどの操作をヒートマップやセッションの再生として分析しています。 Clarity は Cookie などを使用して、閲覧したページの URL と操作情報を収集します。ページ本文は記録時に伏せ字にしており、 画面に表示した入力内容や診断結果が Clarity に記録されることはありません。 データの取り扱いの詳細はMicrosoft のプライバシーに関する声明をご確認ください。
3. アフィリエイト広告
本サービスでは、各ページ（診断結果・ツール・記事・結婚相談所の比較ページなど）において 第三者のアフィリエイトプログラムを利用した広告（「PR」表記あり）を掲載しています。 広告の画像や成果計測用の画像は、広告を表示した時点で各アフィリエイトサービスのサーバーから 読み込まれ、その際に閲覧中のページや端末の情報、Cookie が各サービスに送信されます。 広告のクリックにより遷移した先のサービスでの個人情報の取り扱いについては、 各サービスのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

5. Cookieの利用
本サービスでは、Google Analytics 4 と Microsoft Clarity によるアクセス解析および広告の成果計測のために Cookie を使用しています。 ブラウザの設定により Cookie を無効にしても、本サービスの診断機能は引き続きご利用いただけます。
6. Google API を通じて取得するデータ
運営者は、本サービスのコンテンツ企画（検索キーワードの調査）を目的として、Google Cloud に登録した内部用アプリケーション「婚活偏差値」から Google Ads API を利用します。このアプリケーションは運営者本人のみが使用する内部ツールです。 本サービスの利用者の Google アカウントのデータにアクセスすることはありません。
取得するデータ: 運営者自身の Google 広告アカウントの識別情報（顧客 ID）と、Google 広告のキーワードプランナーが提供する、キーワードごとの月間検索数・競合性・推奨入札単価などの 集計済み指標。個人を特定する情報は含まれません。
利用目的: 本サービスの記事・ページを企画する際に、どの検索キーワードに需要があるかを把握するためにのみ 使用します。広告の配信、キャンペーンの作成・変更、利用者のプロファイリング、 広告のターゲティングには使用しません。
保存と保護: 取得した指標は、運営者が管理するコンピューターと、アクセス権限を運営者に限定した Google Cloud 上の環境に保存します。API の認証情報は Google Cloud Secret Manager などのアクセス制御された場所で管理し、公開リポジトリには含めません。
共有: 取得したデータを第三者に販売・提供・共有することはありません。 本サービスで公開する記事に、集計した検索数の傾向を引用することがあります。
保持と削除: 取得したデータはキーワード調査に必要な期間のみ保持し、不要になった時点で削除します。 このアプリケーションのアクセス権は、Google アカウントのサードパーティ アクセスの設定からいつでも取り消せます。データの取り扱いに関する問い合わせや削除の依頼は、 下記「お問い合わせ」までご連絡ください。
Google API から受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリケーションへの転送は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に準拠します。

Privacy Policy (English)
This policy describes how konkatsu_hensachi (an individual operator, "we") handles information on Konkatsu Hensachi (https://konkatsu-hensachi.com, "the Service") and in the application we use to operate the Service. If the two versions differ, the Japanese version above prevails.
1. Information you enter
Values entered into the diagnosis (income, height, age, place of residence, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers. The Service has no user accounts, and we do not collect names, email addresses or other personal information.
For analytics (section 2), we send the computed results of the diagnosis (overall score, rarity, rank and weakest axis) and, for aggregate statistics, your gender. The values you enter themselves are not sent. A shared result URL contains each score, your gender and your prefecture, and is recorded by analytics like any other page URL when opened.
2. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 by Google LLC to improve the Service. It uses cookies to collect usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, referrer, approximate region, device and browser type, impressions of and clicks on affiliate links, clicks on links to marriage agencies' official sites, whether each tool was used (without the values entered), the number of findings, detected faces and whether Exif data exists in the photo check (the image itself is never sent), and clicks on share buttons. This data does not identify you, is used only to improve the Service, and is not shared with third parties. Disabling cookies does not affect the diagnosis features.
We also use Microsoft Clarity by Microsoft Corporation to analyze interactions such as clicks and scrolling through heatmaps and session replays. Clarity uses cookies to collect page URLs and this interaction data. Page content is masked when recorded, so the inputs and results shown on the page are not recorded by Clarity. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details.
3. Affiliate advertising
Pages of the Service (results, tools, articles, the marriage agency comparison, etc.) display affiliate advertisements labeled "PR". Ad images and tracking images are loaded from the affiliate networks when an ad is shown, which sends the page being viewed, device information and cookies to them. The external services that receive data from our pages are: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), A8.net (株式会社ファンコミュニケーションズ), アクセストレード (株式会社インタースペース), 楽天アフィリエイト (楽天グループ株式会社). Please refer to each advertiser's privacy policy for how they handle your information after you click an ad.
4. Data obtained through Google APIs
We use the Google Ads API through an internal application named "婚活偏差値" (Konkatsu Hensachi) registered in Google Cloud, to research search keywords when planning content for the Service. The application is used only by the operator. Visitors never sign in with a Google account, and the application never accesses visitors' Google account data.
Data accessed: the customer ID of the operator's own Google Ads account, and aggregated keyword metrics from Google Ads Keyword Planner (average monthly searches, competition, suggested bids). This data contains no personal information.
How we use it: only to understand search demand when planning articles and pages of the Service. We do not use it to serve ads, create or modify campaigns, profile users, or target advertising.
Storage and protection: the metrics are stored on computers managed by the operator and in a Google Cloud environment whose access is limited to the operator. API credentials are kept in access-controlled locations such as Google Cloud Secret Manager and are never committed to public repositories.
Sharing: we do not sell, transfer or share this data with third parties. Articles published on the Service may cite trends in aggregated search volumes.
Retention and deletion: the data is kept only as long as needed for keyword research and is deleted afterwards. Access by the application can be revoked at any time from Google Account third-party access settings. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to the contact below.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
